It just isn’t getting any better for them.
I’ve been keeping an eye on them after our wonderful day out there, hoping they’d bounce back. Every Spirite I met bar one was extremely gracious despite our wildly different circumstances at the full time whistle.
After 3 wins to start the season, they’ve now not won in 12 and only picked up 4 points total.
Allen is still at his post but I don’t know how much longer they’ll be able to tolerate this run of form, as they sit 1 point above the drop zone.
