Extra staff
I just wondered how difficult it would be to recruit people to work on Saturday on the bars and food kioks even at this late notice?
Clearly the demand is going to be much higher for this stuff on Saturday, but surely the club by simply putting a quick Twitter advert with a higher rate than normal could get people capable of moving a few beers and burgers around.
It pains me when we are basically turning peoples money away with long queues, which results in people simply not buying, or not buying as much grub/beer.

Isn't that what agencies are for?
When I was younger I worked for a hospitality agency in Marlow that used to cater for exactly this kind of circumstance. Just had a bunch of young guys and girls on their books with some catering/bar/hospitality experience who could step in and work in all sorts of venues and events.
Agreed. If we gat a stadium half filled with casuals then it’s important that (sorry have to use the phrase) their match day experience is a good one. That way we might get a decent proportion returning.
