I'm sure the FA in their infinite wisdom would see it fit to invest that £500m into the Premier League, still believing in trickle down economics, as lower league clubs die a slow death.
Fulham need a new ground.
I have no issue with the FA selling off Wembley. I just know that sweet FA will get anywhere near grass roots let alone leagues 1& 2
Don't really understand the idea of this. They tried with two British teams in the 90's to push NFL here, and neither of them worked out.
However, the multiple NFL games they run here every year now are sell-outs every time. Times have moved on.
