Get Yourself Fitter in the New Year with FFIT

Can I recommend to you the next FFIT course to Wanderers Fans?
It's run by WWSET, starts on the 17th January at Adams Park and runs for 12 consecutive Wednesday evenings.

15 of us who finished the last course lost a combined 8 stone in excess weight during the course and for a good number of us that progress is continuing.

You will learn a lot about taking more exercise and better diet control whilst having some fun and also doing a bit of tough exercise at each weekly get-together. You start gently by walking around the stadium perimeter, up and down stairs/terrace etc before working out in the marquee after a motivational classroom session in The Matrix room above Ticket office 1.
