This covers my time on the Wycombe Wanderers SET FFIT programme, For anyone of a certain weight and age looking to make changes to their lifestyle, I would highly recommend this.

Read through a bit pal, it makes you think forever more about being solo without ID in remote places doesn't it.
Not to mention the shock i've gone through too in a relative having a heart attack almost without knowing like you (it's not all collapsing dramatically, clutching arms like in the soaps).
Good to hear you're on the mend.
Not bad advice for, well anyone really, is always tell someone where you're going, when you're aiming to be back, and have some sort of band/ID on you with name/medical conditions and emergency contact numbers.
Thank-you for your comment, it’s nice to know some-one is actually reading it!
After something like a heart attack there two paths you can go down, either sit back and accept that’s it or try and do something about it.
I’m hoping to get across a positive attitude. Life isn’t necessarily over but with determination can be the start of a whole new life.
A heart attack is probably the best thing to happen to me in a long time!
FFIT 3 is now recruiting ..... http://www.wwset.co.uk/ffit/
