Roma of High Wycombe
When Saturday Comes ran a feature recently about the now defunct Anglo-Italian League and mentioned a team called Roma of High Wycombe, made up I assume of locally based Italian ex-pats. I just wonder if anyone here (our older contributors, obviously) ever saw them play or knew much about them. It's not something I'd ever been aware of before.

I'm very disappointed that this thread is not, as I first imagined, about the Aroma of High Wycombe.
At first sight, I wondered if Clifty and co had leaned to moderate their language, if not the implication.....
Thought it might be about blokes offering to retarmac drives.
