I like it when footballers when skin-tight shirts - it must be a real motivator to not gain any excess weight over the summer and to hit the gym after training to sculpt those pecs and abs. Speaking of which - the comments from Shrewsbury fans about el-Abd being overweight don't appear to be borne out, which is a promising sign.
