Brilliant. Some day soon he might even be referred to as a striker! I'd been telling people that he was 5' 2" but I saw the other day that he is 5' 9" (allegedly), the same, I believe, as another prolific goalscorer named Scott.
There was me thinking "Keith Scott surely was well above 6ft?"
I always thought Scotty was taller I found one site that says 6 ft 3
Now boys, you're teasing me! Think much more recently.
Terry Scott was taller than that, especially with his bubble perm !!
@micra I eventually twigged that you were on about the Antonio Di Natale impersonator we had on our books a few years ago
Stop it!! My point was a serious one. We have our first prolific goalscorer for many seasons - arguably 7, but a "mere" 4 if you count the diminutive (5'7") Stuart Beavon - and this guy is such a prodigy that, directly or indirectly, he has the potential to make many millions of £££s for our humble little club. I'd rather talk about that than some mysterious person's perm. So there!
Thanks @ReadingMarginalista our posts have just crossed.
Dear Mr @micra , nothing mysterious about Terry Scott. Quite a decent striker in the two spells he had at Loakes Park before moving to the Bundesliga.
Scott is two along from Jock Shepherd in the front row.

@micra , what is your obsession with players' heights?
Not a mystery to me @ChasHarps (after 50 years supporting the mighty Blues) - in fact I recognise nearly all the players in the photograph and failure to name a few is the result of an indifferent memory. But Terry Scott, to most Gasroomers, is probably the comedian/comic actor who appeared for many years with June Whitfield in a TV series, Terry and June. Relatively few would go back as far as the '70s, I suspect.
Afraid I can't help you there but I'm sure there must be a name for it.
Not that I have the same obsession as @micra, but does anyone actually know how tall Scott Kashkett is? His Wikipedia profile says 5' 9" but he doesn't really seem that tall to me?
@Fidget probably about right, most modern footballers seem to me to be giants these days.
Bring back Terry and June
