For those that would like an insight into the life of a lower league coach, albeit in Germany. Based over a season in 2012 it gives a good viewpoint of the pressures that the likes of GA are under, (possibly more given how he also gets involved in the finances), it highlights for me the need for them to take a sabbatical from the game to recharge the mind & body.

    What a doughnut I am! Its called "Trainer". Enjoy @peterparrotface. As per my perception, the Germans are very methodical, I expect that the English leagues have caught up. No longer a bag of oranges and pack of twenty players at half time. :-)

    No, very rare for two to be sent off in the first half.
