No Pierre tonight, I see. Either his knock last week was worse than feared or there'll be movement there now now we've signed a potential replacement...
Interesting to see he played for Histon as well.. there a link here? Same agent as freeman or both recommendations and someone in our senior staff has a contact at Histon?
For Pierre presumably. Trust the fee (if any) for Will was a modest one, given that, as I understand it, he made no appearances for Sheffield Wednesday last season. On the assumption that he will replace Aaron Pierre in the near future, and if his interview with Matt Cecil is anything to go by, we could have the two most laid back central defenders in League 2.
@micra If Wednesday did not offer Will a contract of equal or better terms to this existing one with them, he would have been available on a free transfer.

And scores on his debut
Havilland, has taken Hayes call to arms, to help out with goals from the defence. Well done
I be the first to say,,' he will fly down the wing'
was he the cb from the two home games who replaced pierre?

Yes, the non-blond.
Wonder if he's related to the other great Wycombe De Havilland?

Qpr apparently interested in Pierre

Hopefully now we are not quite so desperate for money we can negotiate a realistic fee for him.

He was released last month: http://mobile.swfc.co.uk//news/article/owls-reveal-player-list-3138346.aspx
@bill_stickers and @Midlander - many thanks. Good business.
That Rendell and McClure sound useful...
Certainly caught our defence napping.
Had to do a double take reading the Wycombe Twitter feed last night with the early goals. Good memories from both Aldershot goalscorers
