The article doesn't indicate when the e-mail was sent to clubs or how long had been allowed for clubs to reply. Given that WWFC was essentially closed for a few weeks to allow staff to take their summer holidays, if the e-mail was sent recently it does not surprise me at all that a quick response was not forthcoming.
I suppose there would be nothing to stop us, as Blues supporters, from sending this bloke a response on behalf of the club. I'm not all that well up on technical stuff but would anyone on this forum, who is adept at these things, be able to find out his e/mail address?

I'm sure we will reply he just needs to give the club a couple of more weeks.
I'm told the club reply to emails.
Never seen any evidence of this claim.
Depends who sends the email. Most I suspect get automatically redirected to the trash folder!

Good call, that would probably go down quite well actually.
The club are probably preparing a statement.
