With all the hoo haa about the West Ham bottling the United coach, Its almost 25 years to the day that the Yeovil supporters coach, came under a similar attack from Wanderers fans outside the Greyhound pub at Wembley in 91.
If i recall correctly, a number of times WWFC played friendlies on the Friday night against teams that were travelling down to watch the Saturday finals.
Im sure some of our Statto's can be more precise with the dates and opposition.

Strange, I don't recall a turgid game. Westy's header will live long in the memory though, that camera angle really doesn't do it justice.

For many years, a fair few major non league clubs ran coaches to the final.
