PNL holding an open top bus Runners up parade !!
They will have to hold up one of their commemorative mugs for when they beat Swansea reserves, as they
havent got any silverware to display.

Maybe they'll dig out that old cup they won 30 years ago and never stop going on about.
That cup win, that was funded by the theft of pension money.
Should be erased from the record books.
Bizarre bunch aren't they? Go red in the face calling us tinpot and then saw the top off a double decker for finishing second in league 2. No doubt there'll be a commemorative shirt released in 30 years time...
Tinpot really is the right word. Still, for such a "huge club" they've never really had much to shout about so let them have their funny party.
Will be funny when the go bust and end up in The Southern Leagues.
Currently pissing it down in Oxford. Shame.
They won't go bust Robin, it's the businesses/people they owe money to that will go under.
@MindlessDrugHoover. Surely they can have a double decker for their runners up bus to avoid getting wet. Its not as if theyve got to hold anything in the air.
Maybe the players should hold a card up showing the club debt as they cruise the town everyone could take a turn holding it.
God only knows what they would travel in, if they actually won anything ? An open top space shuttle ??
Underworld's `Second Toughest in the Infants' inexplicably springs to mind.
Yes nothing ever went wrong with the space shuttle just lean back and enjoy the ride.
Parading around in an incomplete rented bus. I suppose it made a nice change - from poncing about in an incomplete rented stadium.
@Morris_Ital Danny Hylton could be the first man to dive on the moon !!
Only finishing second in League 2 after the amount of money they've spent in the six seasons since they pluckily rose up from the non-league sounds more like a call for an internal enquiry rather than a 'victory' parade.
@ChasHarps here's to the day lol
Evidentally they did have some silverware to display.
Courteous of Oxon's favourite son.

The old Rubber Bucket.
Thread title still relevant.
God's team
I am very cool with towns celebrating their teams' successes as they see fit.
