On the subject of banners, I'm guessing it's ok to hang them off the North Stand upper tier?
they will be removed there are corporate boxes directly underneath

Surely they wont be so tight not to let it in for such an occasion
Still working them but doesn't sound good
Maybe you should remind them that their fans took your wheelchair so as goodwill could allow the banner
