The bit than interested me was "funds going towards specific projects such as upgrading the floodlights at Adams Park". Is it me ? because I don't see any problem with the current floodlights.
@BSE At a previous meeting, I remember John Derben saying that the current floodlights don't meet the new regulatory requirements and that we needed to upgrade them.
I don't know the full story, but it's difficult to see the logic in making impoverished lower league clubs fork out a small fortune on something like this when the existing lights have been good enough in the past.

Was it ratified?
The whole issue was deferred until next month.
They are planning another meeting devoted solely to the share scheme. (Provisional date March 19th I believe).
Cheers Len

Maybe there's more to it.
They have always been a bit on the dark side though. Bare minimum Lux for FL.
Maybe it explains why we haven't won an evening match at Adams Park for 3 years!
Better feed them carrots before the Accrington game.
@Len thanks for letting us know, yep does seem rather stupid but oh well nothing we can do about it I suppose.
