I notice that Harriman and O'Nien are on 4 and 5 yellow cards respectively but no mention of O'Nien being suspended? Has there been a cut-off recently?
Thanks @Uncle_T . Is it a 2 match suspension when they get to 10 yellows? (If so, we can expect to lose 3 or 4 players for a couple of games at some stage in the New Year.)
Standing water on the pitch and forecast constant rain till 8pm tonight. Not a cat in hells chance the game will be on, why the tinpots haven't done a pitch inspection already is madness and save a lot of people a lot of effort and money.
I can confirm its been tipping it down all morning! Set in for the day apparently. Keep an eye on Twitter accounts hopefully get a better idea either way.

There's been more heavy rain overnight. We're working on the pitch, which has taken a lot of water. Should have an update just after 11
Hoping the game goes ahead and hoping that GA also wants the game to go ahead. I think he probably does this time.
IF it's off, then just a heads up, Preston are st home to Reading in the Championship with walk up tickets available until kick off. I think adults start at £24. Kuhl is in charge!
Pity the poor sods who'd already travelled up. And now it'll be a Tuesday trudge for the rearranged fixture. With the state of the pitch and the ongoing forecast I can't see why it was left so late to make a call.

Looking forward to the game, let's hope it's on!
Seen accy a few times this year including last week at Portsmouth. Expecting goals and a good match.
Be in the Crown to watch the everton game on TV then our match. I'll go for 1-1...
Maybe 10 is the new level - and presumably 2 matches?
And I'd go for 1-1 too.
@micra The deadline for 5 yellow cards to result in suspension passed on 30th November. Now it's 10 yellows by, I think, the second Sunday in March.

It's hammering down right now. Up for her indoors' 50th. She will not be pleased if it's off for a waterlogged.

Awaiting info at Birmingham New Street before my 12:15 train. If not its back to HW.
Game on after referee's inspection but more rain expected throughout the afternoon.
Absolutely ridiculous. Surely an earlier pitch inspection this morning could've been made.
Think of the fans for once.
1.30 pitch inspection
Here now, it's bad in patches, be suprised myself if it's on and if it is that we see 90 mins of football.
Torrential rain is expected.
