Ronnie moore siad the 1st half was even? Not sure which game he was watching, we should of gone in at least 4-1 up, however I would agree that 2nd half was even. Hartlepool look Ok on the counter, I though there big Number 9 looked good.
I thought Pools looked pretty good first half, at least going forward; rather less so at the back where we kept carving them open. They certainly looked quick up front and weren't just there for the draw. Once they were 2-1 down though they became increasingly physical, which was a shame. I like Ronnie Moore and hope they do well this season.
I thought they were the best Hartlepool side we've seen in quite a while until we scored the second then they started to lose discipline and that cost them.
