Players with terrible records against us
Regulars must have been rubbing their hands with glee just before the game on Saturday when York named Scott Flinders in goal - his previous six games against us whilst in goal for Hartlepool had resulted in defeat for him. Saturday's win meant that that record had stretched to seven ignominious defeats on the trot.
Can anyone think of any other players who have had a similarly appalling record against us?

we seemed to have a hex on Notts County for a while when Stallard was there, so him?
Stallard did indeed have a poor record against us though not quite as bad as Flinders's:

26.4.01 Notts County D2 L 0-2

8.12.01 Notts County FAC DNP
26.1.02 Notts County D2 L 0-3

1.2.03 Notts County D2 L 1-3
13.12.03 Notts County D2 D 1-1
27.8.05 Shrewsbury Town L2 D 1-1

Pl 15 W3 D4 L8 ?
In case it isn't clear @micra , DNP = did not play. Unless there were other games that Stallard played against us for Bradford? (I was unable to find the line-ups for the matches in the 95/96 season)
Whoops! Mea culpa.
I thought their keeper didnt have a bad game Saturday, claimed an awful lot of crosses, couldnt stop the most skillful world class own ive seen in a while though......
I always thought he was a somewhat nervous and inconsistent keeper, though to be fair I've only seen him when Hartlepool performed without expection poorly against us, so he was on a hiding to nothing. Having the lumbering donkeys Lowe and Winfield in front of him was unlikely to give him any more confidence, especially after he got some more practice retrieving the pigs bladder from the onion sack after 7 minutes.
