Contracts
Interesting how Ainsworth seems happy to hand out longer contracts to players than we have seen over recent years. He clearly understands that players like stability and so long as you have the right player a stable happy player is a better performer. This might seem risky on the one hand but his his recruitment over the past 15 months or so has been beyond question (hopefully the next few months will prove this trend further).
I wonder whether Howard is behind this contract stability or Ainsworth. The other side to this of course is that we actually have some players that are worth something on a 2-year plus deal.

it also says to players in on a one year, play well and we will give longer contracts
Play well and we can make some money too, when that bid comes in right?
