Re: Rumour Mill
I have a simple solution: break into Ian Evatt's office and flip his calendar back to September. By the time he thinks it is January again, Morley will have got us promoted!
Where would you like us to be in the future?
Big things are on the horizon and in a few years 'Little Wycombe' might become XXXL Wycombe. So just how succesful would you like the club to be? I've done a poll.
Re: Match Day Thread: Bolton
I was one of those watching at home, with the benefit of replays... we should've had 2 penalties
Re: Match Day Thread: Bolton
The ref spent 2 minutes wittering at the players before every corner and long throw. Three added on was absolute bollocks.
Re: Rumour Mill
Disagree there @Wycombe85
As both players have had a fantastic first half of the season and certainly in Aaron's case seem to be an excellent character with a good bond with the club and players...I would be very surprised if they are not motivated to end their loans (if they are ending) on a high note.
I think Morley will be well up for it.
Re: Match Day Thread: Bolton
If you read back in this thread to the ‘live’ gasroom punditry (always hilarious) there are “clearly a pen” and “clearly not a pen” comments, both from those at the game and those watching tv with the benefit of replays. In my recollection, the defender seemed to have two hands on Fred’s back, just inside the area with Fred moving away from the box, but was it really a penalty-conceding push, or all part of the physicality of the game? If there was a touch, did he go down to easily…?
Don’t expect a decision from me, I’m not a ref…
Re: Match Day Thread: Bolton
Someone will be on to soon say how it's OK because language evolves.

A well run football club which may providevariable standards of entertainment but is able to pay its bills.
