Re: Matt Bloomfield to Luton?
Thank you so much for opening our academy, moving us into a new training facility, allowing us to spend funds these past 2 windows and breaking record transfer fees previously set? that would be my email. I get emotions are rather high right now but lets take a step back and look at the good Rice and co have done for our club in such a short space of time

Re: Matt Bloomfield to Luton?
I decided yesterday not to post for a while, due to my deep sadness regarding the situation. But my brief post yesterday made the same point that Eric makes here.
So I am posting my "hear, hear" to this post, and wholeheartedly endorsing the sentiments contained within. Eric is spot on, and I confirm that I for one am "not ok with this" either. I too have gone from sadness, to anger. It's just not right.
That's it. Back to silence for me.
Re: The manager post Matty Bloomfield?
I see Brentford’s “Mr Brentford” mentioned in that interview.
Brentford are so lucky to have Benham, a genuine life long fan at the helm who has worked wonders with the club.
Re: The manager post Matty Bloomfield?
I heard Luke Leahy was his favourite Wycombe player...
Re: Aaron Morley
Luton buy him in this window and loan him to Wycombe for the rest of the season!
Re: Matt Bloomfield to Luton?
It certainly feels like a turning point. In the age of instant social media when they've obviously had time to prepare for Matt's departure, given he's been having interviews, and given we have an excellent media team, the silence is indeed deafening. It must be very hard for people so close to the club who interact with fans, so I've got no problem with them keeping their own counsel.
Alienating even a small section of the fanbase at our level is dangerous but as @eric_plant points out...they may not care.
Re: Matt Bloomfield to Luton?
What we do know about the culture is Matt Bloomfield felt the need to leave.
Re: Matt Bloomfield to Luton?
Sorry, I don’t understand your answer at all. My point was exactly that in Phil and Matts cases, they may be feeling somewhat uneasy at the moment. I certainly am not putting pressure on them to come on here and openly talk about what’s going on. They are employed by the club and I don’t expect them to discuss confidential information with us.
