Fifth tier City, or the Hedgemen, head the Highland League with only one defeat. Hearts are second from bottom in the Premiership. As said before, I am convinced Gape would have been in line for the captaincy after JJ had things worked out for him to stay. A brilliant lad, and I would be ecstatic if he went to Salop and played well.

By the way, Blackman had a great game last night, great to see a keeper come and collect the ball in the air. He was a great young prospect when he was with us and he looks to be loving life under Gaz after quite a chequered career to date.
