Re: Match Day Thread: Stevenage
Taylor doing a little drag back thing with little space on the touchline the highlight.
Re: Match Day Thread: Stevenage
Not sure i'd bring Scowen on in this one, even with such a comfy scoreline.
Don't risk a Stevenage oaf foul on him.
Re: Match Day Thread: Stevenage
20 odd pass move, including one of our centre backs dribbling past someone on the left touchline deep in their half...and Evatt thinks we've barely changed.
Re: Match Day Thread: Stevenage
Goals win prizes, so they might.
Che is already throbbing out a nice cheery poll about which player we'll lose first
Taylor, Morley, Kone or Humphreys.
Re: Match Day Thread: Stevenage
We have the money to keep them. The only thing we don't have is the prestige. So when Man City completely lose the plot and come in for Kone we'll have to let him go.
Re: Match Day Thread: Stevenage
As much as none of us want to lose Kone, we've got so many goals throughout the team, which hasn't necessarily been the case in recent years. It's great to see.
Re: Match Day Thread: Stevenage
With no bias at all it would surely be a good idea for all 4 of them to stay here, near the top of a league with a team scoring for fun.
Re: Match Day Thread: Stevenage
If Birmingham and Wrexham don't put in an offer will anyone above us really buy a young striker with only half a good L1 season under his belt in January?
