Fans don't sack managers though and owners don't always step up to take the blame. I think if he loses another 3 or 4 they'll probably make a change to stop the noise and let them get in a haggered /experienced / old Allardyce type who knows all about how to take them down.

I am always puzzled by how new managers are expected to automatically bring about a large improvement in teams that have been failing without new players being brought in. They don't have a magic wand so while it may work sometimes that can't be assumed.

Intrestingly it appears a growing number of Luton fans think Bloomfield is "out of his depth" and there is mounting criticism and questioning of his abilities . It appears the flack he got here during the 17 game winless run was not a sign of Wycombe fans being uniquly fickle as some have claimed .
