Barnsley and Blackpool are there for the taking. Huddersfield looked bang average against Charlton and maestro Morley faces a one match ban for Bolton. The Charlton and Stockport games could be epic. But we need to survive Shrewsbury’s New Head Coach bounce before we start counting chickens.

  • If Wrexham's 1-0s end, I would not put it past the Rev to sneak second. Charlton will be a big game. If we can't beat the Shrews with the team we have, something is very wrong.

  • Hate to tell you but looking at the team that started today something is very wrong indeed.

  • I’ll be honest, Charlton scare me. The rest, I can deal with. And given the overspilled hatred, of which has been bubbling for a few seasons between Stockport and Wrexham, I can see the Stockport fans cheering us on at AP if it goes down to the wire!

  • It's a shame they don't face Wrexham earlier than game 45 of the season.

But either way, we've a healthy 5 point lead over them, game in hand AND way better goal difference.

If we throw that away we really can't moan.

But they're not getting ahead of Wrexham either way, who'd properly have to falter to lose an 8 point lead and way better goal difference over them, with just 7 games to go!

  • The form graph looks better too. :)

Albeit to keep it maintained and then improved we need to beat Shrewsbury and Reading.

  • Fingers crossed for Barnsley being ticked off the list by the end of the night!

  • Indeed! We can also catch Blackpool too if they fail to beat Reading and we win, but I hope they do beat Reading!
