If any Chairboys fan needs any help or advice regarding attending Tuesday nights game please reply

  • Where is the best place to park

  • If you sit back and play for a point, how the hell do we break you down?

  • Opta currently calling this as us having a 43.7% chance of victory, 25.2% chance the draw & 31.1% chance of a Rotherham victory.

  • Trump re-election was hard enough...I can't take Evans and The Rev taking points off us...

  • How do we cope with another lack lustre performance and a defeat?

  • edited March 16

    Save your money, another draw because Dodds is scared to play expansive football, utterly depressing way to slip out of the autos, dull boring football not yielding results

  • Which High School do you teach at?

  • Last time I went to Rotherham I parked in the old ground for free which is a short walk to the new stadium. @BradtheMiller please update us on the situation of the old ground

  • There are a few car parks in businesses similar to at Adams Park from my last visit, just drove and found one about 10 mins walk from the ground.

  • Highclasscoach you are perfectly correct, there are loads of parking spaces ranging from the multi story car park at the interchange, 10 mins walk from the ground to street parking & a quite large car park near the ground, you shouldn't have a problem if you get there early enough.

    Also for food & drink options I would suggest either Popeyes burger van at the top of New York Way, decent food & prices or the town centre, 5/10 mins walk away as opposed to the overpriced crap in the concourses.

    We do a programme, £3.00 & a good read, 64 pages.

    Decent covered away end for those who haven't been before.

    See you tomorrow.

    Millmoor is still intact & used for junior & ladies football, the place has been cleaned up & the playing surface is pristine.

  • Do you miss playing at Millmoor? I used to love going there.

  • @BradtheMiller How do you feel about having a classless tax fraudster as manager? I've always really liked Rotherham as a club, they make great efforts to welcome away fans and the home fans are always lovely and up for a chat over a pint - just wondering what such nice, down to earth people think of Evans appointment.

  • Floyd;

    Of course I miss Millmoor, it's our spiritual home & home to a myriad of memories good AND bad

    We Watched A Football Match An ABANDONED Stadium

    BTW I'm the bloke getting surprised.

    drcongo;

    Can't stand the bloke or his sidekick, he's abhorrent, his tactics are equally abhorrent & I speak for 90% of our fanbase but unfortunately he has inserted himself firmly up the chairman/owners arse that you can only see his shoelaces.

  • We'll try to push him closer to the door tomorrow night @BradtheMiller 😉

  • Perfect answer.

  • @BradtheMiller Roughly how long does it take back to the train station? already suspect I might need to leave early. Not sure how 8pm kick off helps anyone.

    Please also confirm good pies. This was a bit of a quick decision and maybe not turn out to be my finest.

  • Ten minute walk tops to the train station.

    Pies are standard pukka pies. OK but ridiculously inflated prices, £4.50 I think.

    Hope this helps.

  • According to both our website & BBC sport kick off is 745pm

  • Thanks both, that should help. It says 745 on my calendar but displays weirdly on my phone. @BradtheMiller really appreciate it when people from other clubs make the effort, hope you enjoy the game. Btw bring your own food if you ever come here :)

  • Fully agree with this. On both of my trips to Rotherham I've had a fantastic experience with their fans. They were so friendly and happy to have a chat.

    In 2019 I was speaking to a couple of blokes who'd started watching Rotherham in 1948. One of them told me that his favourite season was 1950-51, where they won the old Third Division North by a country mile. It would have been a 102 point season using today's point system

  • New York Stadium is probably my favourite new ground (and conveniently close - usually). Gutted I can’t make it tonight

  • Wow! the mental picture of fatty Evans up someone’s arse to his ankles is very difficult to erase!

  • Adam Reach playing up front..
