I think the capacity is somewhere around 10,500, but the limit is considerably lower. The terrace limit was cut and the away stand limit was cut after Bristol Rovers caused trouble. In the old days, you could buy seated tickets in what's now the Origin Stand, or a standing ticket for the paddock. I believe now, only seated tickets are available, so the fans who stand are choosing to do so rather than sitting in their seat. Do correct me if I'm wrong, anyone who goes in the Origin Stand!
So taking the Sheffield Wednesday game from a few years back into consideration, which may or may not have been a sell out. The crowd that day I think was just over 9K. So I'd think the limit is somewhere around that, or a touch above.
W***s had a crowd of 10,516 against Newcastle Falcons in 2012, which is the ground record. Egg-chasing fans had the ability to buy tickets for the Main Stand paddock in those days, whereas we didn't.
As it stands, I think we have around 9,700 physical seats and standing places in the stadium, but as well as the away end restrictions, there are many other seats that are not normally put on sale for various reasons. Partially or severely restricted views from the Origin Stand, broadcasting positions, a few restricted views in the Frank Adams around the gantry, even some marked off for 'segregation' down the far end of the Frank Adams. These all bring the usable capacity down to about 9,200. For individual games, you'll probably end up with some single seats not taken, not all the accessible seats being used etc, which will bring the sell-out figure further down to roughly 9,000.
There is now just one ticket left In Block of the Upper FA, one in Block D of the Family Stand and 17 of the wheelchair users and accompaning persons seats.
I'm sure I remember reading somewhere that the capacity of each stand separately adds up to more than the allowed stadium capacity.
There was something about the terrace capacity being cut by 400/500 and as others have noted we stopped selling standing in the paddock in front of the Origin Stand.
We have also added the TV gantry too and we now sell the Legends Lounge as additional hospitality.
However, if the crowd isn't given as 9188 I'm going to be miffed.
I've watched most of the last few Wrexham games. They always play like this. Very rarely attack or get out of their half, ride their luck at the back, scrape a goal with a dodgy refereeing decision or a set piece. Its amazing that they're as high up the league as they are
Isnt there a section of safer standing seat things at the terrace end of the family stand that doesn’t (seemingly) get used? That must drop the capacity by a couple of hundred
I'm sure at one stage some people were envious of their transfer dealings, bringing the likes of Rodriguez in. Aside from offering a slightly younger man bun option than Fletcher on the bench, he doesn't offer tonnes does he?!
I remember arriving at the ground an hour before kick off and being faced with a queue snaking its way around the car park to the turnstiles. Eventually got in but missed the first 20 minutes. Wasn’t a . great game if I remember correctly but Scotty’s goal was enough. Amazing to think Slough were 2nd in the conference and closing the gap on us until that game. If we’d have lost wouldn’t the gap have reduced to just 3 points?
Also , the away end was given over to home fans, and Slough brought about 20 fans sat at the end of the Main Stand.
All the single isolated seats in the Frank Adams and Family Stands have been sold according to the online ticketing website - only three handfuls of the seats for the assisted and their helpers at the very front of the family stand.

I reckon there were more fans in the ground that night than there will be on Saturday, not that the official attendance will tell you that
Not Rob's finest moment. I seem to remember he was bigging up the new style dugout seats at the time.
At least one shout of 'Taylor out!' was heard at the end.
So what exactly is our sell out capacity number? I thought it was 9,500 but don’t really know.
It's definitely surprisingly low. Like nearer 9,000 I'm sure.
That said, anything above 7,500 makes the surrounding areas feel very strained.
And you feel a lot are going to totally forget It's a massive game and try and keep to their usual routine and end up missing 20mins
I suspect we could be at around 9200 without cameras, add in cameras and it’s probably around 9000. No way is it 9448 or whatever is listed.
That's ok, recently we don't get going until the second half

Somebody just said this on Twitter.

I hope its not going to be too noisy for those of us who grumble quietly under our breath in the Origin Stand.
Or too frightening for the players!
UP THE DING!!!!

So, who we all cheering for tonight?? 😂
Lewis Wing hat-trick please.
Already looking forwards to getting up 27 times every 10mins for those who can't just stay sat for 45mins
The slough game was something else - I just recall moving as one in the terrace throughout the game - no room for ‘limbs’
wonder if we still have standing in the paddock when (if) we go up?
also I though the away end was capped due to only having the one way to get to the seats?
Sadly Wing's hattrick is disallowed after a legal challenge from Rob Couhig.
Don't think so? Am sure like someone said earlier it was goon fans causing havoc.
I couldn't have been certain if it was Rovers or Oxford, but happy to go with said poster's memory it was Rovers.
JJ comes on as a 90th min "penalty" sub like in some other lesser sport and smashes a top bins winner.
Both Reading and Wrexham look equally shite.
It screams 1-0 away win at the moment doesn't it?
Even a draw helps, albeit takes us out of the top 2 for the first time in nuff months.
Good we’ll have been a bit of both tbf esp with the horse punchers around..
