Last season’s League One Keeper of the Year will surely not be arriving at Wycombe to sit on the bench after being frustrated by lack of opportunities this season.
He’ll probably get man of the match on Saturday, saving two penalties to take us through to the fourth (?) round and giving Mike a difficult decision for the next league game.
I'd probably go as far to say he's been our POTS so far. Obviously Kone is up there but for the unexpected/surprise element...if it were decided today he'd be up there.
I know I lean very much in the opposing camp on my opinion of Rav, but POTS? Christ alive. Morley, Scowen, Taylor, Low, Harvie, Humphreys? The list could even go further. It seems like it was only 6-7 weeks ago that at least a third of us wanted Rav benched for a few games.
Over Low, Harvie and Morley? Fair play on your opinion, this is what forums are all about.
I love Franco, but he scares me some games.
For me, and Saturday he was obviously marvellous, but consistency is my main issue with him. And distributing the ball in a timely fashion is a big frustration of mine, especially with our pace upfront.
No signing is confirmed until the relevant paperwork is received from the FA and EFL and since Norris’s contract was terminated by Portsmouth he was able to train as a free agent with any club.
I’m assuming all business has been done but they are in a rare position to get the exposure and would help with the mood around the club. Other clubs may have asked to hold off announcing for various reasons too.
Great signing with fantastic league one pedigree and a real upgrade on Ravazzoli between the sticks. Have never been convinced with Rav as a number 1 for us although he’s a very capable backup.
They were the third and fourth new faces to join the South Buckinghamshire on the last day of the transfer window, following the signings of left winger Adam Reach and goalkeeper Nathan Bishop.

They’ll certainly be in competition.
At least we won't be misspelling his name, welcome aboard Will Noriss.
If his distro is as good and he's more adept at dealing with crosses, I expect he'll be straight in.

Equally, you don't leave your contract mid-season if you've not been given certain assurances from the destination club about your role.
He’s good with his kicking and great on the crosses
He came from the champo, his name is Will Norris
Harsh on Rav but as others have said not sure he’d have dropped down a division just to trade benches

He’s clearly going to be our number 1 and a great signing.
But harsh for Rav especially after his performance on Saturday.
Gawd football is certainly a harsh career if Rav gets the boot after the season he's had.
Note how the pics and interview are in daylight, the club are just stretching this out to fill the evening.
correct.

They are going to be trolling us all with a Breaking News announcement at 22:59, adding some sad emoji, aren't they?
Tempting us to think RK has been sold, only for it to reveal that all the deals are done for today.

Well yeah, they might as well stretch it out - it's one of the biggest days of the year for engagement
Good point Alan, although the club said "his move remains subject to EFL and FA approval", when the signing was announced.
They’re just waiting for you to ask them to get the gif out again. But don’t do it straight away, that’ll be too obvious.
Not much time left tbf...
GTFGO!
Wasn’t it about 9pm that Portsmouth announced his departure? Probably needed to wait for that
It’s time for Rav to take a well earned break.
Yes, another good point.

Straight into the team for the FA Cup match.
