It is an absolute insult that it still hasn't been announced which games are going to moved around for tv and proof yet again, were it needed, that the fans who go to games are rock bottom in the list of football's priorities
I’d booked my train tickets (stupidly) for the Brum game just after Christmas. Fortunately got a bargain on Uber Trains and happy to write off £36 if it means we get to the 5th round.
Missus nicked the Tesco club card points I was going to use for the hotel just holding out now until dates are settled which gives the hotels plenty of time to plan their price surges.
If it’s moved to midweek, which it will if either us or Brum win, then I can’t go 😩
This is what it says on the EFL website. there is no mention of any impact from FA cup. Also worth noting that even though they decide on the date 4 weeks before, they have 7 days to tell the fans. Hopefully that will not be to long (I assume stakeholders would be people like the police).
Selections for matches scheduled after the first weekend in March will be made by the broadcasters on a four-week rolling basis starting from February 1 (e.g. a selection for the first weekend in April will be selected in the first weekend in March).
The selections will be announced to supporters following an agreement with all required stakeholders within seven days

It will also move if we're still in the FA Cup - that's the weekend of the fifth round

I think there's about a 66% chance either or both teams will be playing in the Cup so we can't organise anything yet unfortunately.
You would hope sky would make any decision soon after if both team lose, as it would be 3 weeks before. But as alluded to by Eric, don't count on it!
Let's hope we are left hanging for a kick off date in Manchester rather than Birmingham that weekend!

The final choices for games and times shown on Sky are 4 weeks in advance of those games (rolling every week to the end of the season).
Therefore we will know this Saturday if it is being shown on Sky (pending game movement due to FA cup).
Cheers @93Chairboy that's useful to know. Could this not change to 3 weeks though due to the Cup situation?

We might draw Brum away in the 5 th round.
Birmingham away on a warm Tuesday evening in April, a win takes us a huge step towards automatic promotion. Could be a legendary away game.
