4084 with 400 Huddersfield in attendence but suspecting they sold a load for original fixture and could be announced as 650. Going to be annoyed if I'm out by 250 away fans!!!
it probably is doable where we are with a significant spend (buying a huge chunk of the industrial estate) & a lot of work (demolishing the existing units, developing a new exit road, carparking & extending the existing ground) which presupposes the existing landlords would sell & the council would grant planning.
Frankly a lot easier to develop an entirely new ground on a green field site that is readily accessible to home & away supporters, has good mass transport links & lots of parking; wherever that might be.
Well its good to know that the data model demonstrates that he will be a shrewd signing. Who needs human judgement? Well I do actually. I'll as usual give a cautious welcome and wait and see.
This became delayed - I can't really pretend it was the weather, but it didn't help!
Many belated congratulations to @Commoner who was closest and didn't miss a single digit score by far. Please belatedly take the title of Forecaster of the Week, this particular accolade will last longer than many of the recent ones.
Congratulations to @ryan_w_kirkby2, who was nearly as close and to @our_frank who were both within one hundred.
Those three may well register well on the Leaderboard when that is finalised. The next three in this table are all close to the top of the Leaderboard and may well have not improved much if at all on their current tenth best scores.
However worth noting that @Twizz in 7th on here has continued a recent upturn in form and whilst the ground is frozen may well have scampered across some more of it.
Welcome to @tewkesburychairboy predicting for the first time this season - feel free to give it another go!
Top Twenty for the Away Crowd: [Given as 552]
Many congratulations to @DevC, who topped this table, missing by just seven.
For those who have read this far - I do think there is a really good case for the EFL to change the rules on postponements in League One (Two) for international breaks. The current ones are easy to game. My own suggestion is that clubs should opt in or opt out before the fixtures lists are published and the clubs which opt out play each other on the Saturdays of International breaks.
I reckon this game would have been a 5000 - 6000 home crowd on a Saturday.

There was a suggestion at the time that there were 300 no shows from Mansfield.

Attendance given as 4,095 inc 552 from Huddersfield.
That's not great at all for a big game. The sort of home crowd you'd expect for a mid table League 2 team.
Freezing cold night for a rescheduled game on a work night that is on the tellybox...I can see why the attendance was low myself.
……and school n the morning with the Christmas credit card statement about to drop through the letter box.
So can I.
But it goes to show what an enormous change in the club is required off the field if we're to match the ambition the 'ownership group's have stated.
Hard to see it being achievable at AP.

Oops slipped on the ice and ended up in wrong thread!

Congratulations to @MindlessDrugHoover; @perfidious_albion; @MFH_Blue; @Forest_Blue; @Twizz: @93Chairboy ; @Manboobs ande@a40 all of whom were within 23 - [5%].
Nine people within 5% was pretty good IMHO, as I thought circumstances made this particular figure not easy to predict.
Top Twenty for the Home Crowd; [Calculated 4206]
Many congratulations again to @Commoner, who tops this table as well as the one for total attendance.
Congratulations to @ryan_w_kirkby2 and @NewburyWanderer who were within one hundred.
