I have a friend coming to visit at the weekend. He’s seen us play many times and I have bought him a ticket for the Rovers game. So for me, a fixture we can get to that doesn’t mess up the rest of the weekend activities.
Arsenal away Saturday or Sunday or a winnable fixture at home across the weekend.
Liverpool away would be great. Me and the missus used to go to Chester every February but haven’t done so in years, so this would be a good reason to restart the tradition.
Home draw against Prem or Championship opposition would be ideal, or away to a London team.
As I have plans on the Saturday, I'd rather a trip to Anfield, St James Park (Newcastle version!), or Old Trafford can wait for now, unless it's moved to a Sunday!
ideally Everton or United away. Failing that, any away day that would be a tick for me, or one of the real big boys at home - would love a sold out AP.
Manchester City at home would be good. An opportunity to complete a hat trick of wins against them. The “double” season, walking along Hillbottom Road alongside a crestfallen Liam Gallagher (or is it the other one?) after the home game lingers long in the memory.

Everton
Anyone but Spurs again
I’ve got a feeling it’s going to be Leicester would like arsenal away though.
Want: the winner of Arsenal/ManU at home
Will get: Stoke away.
A trip to either Manchester or Liverpool would be nice. A trip to either Exeter or Plymouth is probably what we'll get.

Entirely selfishly, I’d be happy with Wigan away as it would be local and winnable. Although I’d take any north west away fixture.

Wolves Away
Exeter at home if we’ve signed Morley 🤣
Arsenal away.... although I can imagine it'll be Plymouth away
We all know that it’ll be either Exeter or Plymouth away.
Bromley away or Tamworth at home
(And I know it sadly won’t be an option by the time of the draw)
Leeds away, I want some bragging rights when we beat them
Smaller team at home, or Prem team away
hoping
Everton - away
Liverpool - away / home
Arsenal - away / home
Manchester United - away / home
Newcastle United - away / home
Brighton & Hove Albion - away
Crystal Palace - away
Blackburn Rovers - away
Hull City - away
Nottingham Forest - away
Leeds United - away
Manchester City - home
Preferences would be United, Everton, Palace, Forest, Fulham or Newcastle.
Liverpool, Arsenal, Chelsea would be good. Although very hard to believe you have any chance of winning. I'd probably prefer to get them at home.
Exeter or Plymouth at home wouldn't be totally awful as there's a good chance to progress.
Prefer to avoid Man City, Spurs and Villa as we've played them recently. I suppose a visit to the new Spurs stadium would be good.
Coventry, Stoke, Leeds, Bournemouth etc. would be a bit rubbish, especially if it's away.
Any one of the big, big boys at home (or Everton away)
Arsenal away or the lowest ranked team left at home
Robin Hood Rovers (aka Nottingham Forest) away
Liverpool away or home. Who would Mr Parry be supporting?
Home draw against Prem or Championship opposition would be ideal, or away to a London team.

I wouldn't mind Leeds, knowing a few of their fans
Good to see you’ve narrowed down the options.
ideally Everton or United away. Failing that, any away day that would be a tick for me, or one of the real big boys at home - would love a sold out AP.
Brighton or Southampton away for me. One of the worst draws would be Bournemouth. Not much money to be made & very little chance of progressing.
Manchester City at home would be good. An opportunity to complete a hat trick of wins against them. The “double” season, walking along Hillbottom Road alongside a crestfallen Liam Gallagher (or is it the other one?) after the home game lingers long in the memory.
