Chants for next season
New era so we need some distinctive chants. ‘We are the old Bucks boys’ will never catch on, so Gasroom creativity required to get things going.
Read this and thought it would make a great chant towards visiting ‘inner city’ teams?

I remember we were chanting “we’ve got a garden, we’ve got a garden, you ‘ent! you ‘ent! many moons ago against Millwall at a midweek home game.
Have any of the 100s of chants suggested on the Gasroom over the years ever been sung outside of the author’s shower?

On a more serious note on the subject of chants, it's a minor disgrace that we don't have a song for a player who has served the club with as much distinction as Jack Grimmer. Hopefully that's one thing that will be put right next season.
This is the club that failed to get ‘Oh Sido, oh Sido, oh Sido. Sido Jombati’ sung to the tune of Sit Down by James.
When it comes to chanting, we’re pure non-league.
Sido, being an absolute legend, did have two (basic) chants though:
”Oh Sido Jombati, oh Sido Jombati” etc
”Sido Sido Sido” etc
Which is more than ‘Grimmer’ as his teammates call him.
Adapting a Proclaimers song for a Scottish player is probably a cultural appropriation crime these days, but maybe singing a song about being the man who'd walk a thousand miles just to see Jack Grimmer score might catch on.
Also adapting "Beryly Lubala" into a chant to the tune of "Cielito Lindo" (aka "Maskell is better than Yashin" for those of a certain generation) would be incredible.
