Signs up at every EFL ground saying “ EFL Clubs have agreed that any and all deliberate damage in an away section will be repaired at cost by the visiting club, please respect our opponents amenities not just because it’s the right thing to do but you’re taking it out of our playing budget “
” If you see something someone who hates their own club enough to ignore this notice please call xxxxx”
Toilets are usually segregated club officials could do a quick tour before and after a game, most damage would be obvious however the EFL could act as ombudsman based on photographic evidence decision is final.
While I'm happy to accept the lower price for my own on the day ticket, I do agree that, as I've reached the ripe old age of **, and now seem to have more disposable income that at any time in my life, it does seem a bit unfair.
I suppose I could always just buy an adult ticket.....
Not sure this is the case, if we put solar panels on the roof they'd feed back into the grid so we'd have a year round source of income not dependent on games and would offset our own use. I don't think you have to save it all in batteries or use it directly as it's produced. Also panels can generate in fairly low light these days, seems an easy win if we actually have people who want to invest now in order to bring down costs longer term.
Current government are blocking wind power for nimby / sound bite reasons but again at the bottom of an industrial estate could be a good place for some.
Well aware actually, my point being that whenever I’ve been in that end (often outside of match days) I’m not convinced of how often we actually replace them considering the state of them, always plenty of wonky seats
Used to just relocate seats from the top corner of FA stand that were never occupied, then we upgraded by buying a load of blue seats from White Hart Lane when they knocked it down. With the new owners it will be padded seats all round (possibly at a new ground nearer Reading?)

Wishful to think that football clubs look out for one-another
"Right lads, I've just checked the loos. Who had the curry last night?"

Brilliant for him, but clearly there's many OAPs not quite as fortunate.

I have visions of a Bristol Rovers fan I used to work with who was adamant it was always Bristol City fans causing all the trouble in Rovers name!
They'll all be in the away end too

Sounds a good idea but I suppose it really depends on the owner having AP in his long term plans or not.
I might not have been entirely serious with my comments.
