I want to know more about the people. Are they rating the match-day staff presence or is it the chance encounter with a Chairboy on Hillbottom Rd that is only marginally better than the refreshments? If we need to up our game, we should be clued in here.
I think we sometimes fall into the trap of assuming things work perfectly elsewhere.
For example, I ordered some stuff from Arsenal’s online store for a relative a week ago. Money taken, order acknowledged, radio silence ever since. Didn’t need an account to order so no way of tracking progress online. No phone number to ring or email address to contact. Bearing in mind all were told about the premier league product, that’s utter shite.
Don’t understand the complaints about the ticket site either. It’s got its quirks, like any platform that’s not powered by the big boys, but I’ve always found it pretty decent. 10/10 is a bit OTT.
Even travel and the last mile scores well. We’ll be up to 11 if the road / Chairboy lift gets built!
Not this time! However, I do agree with what Arnos Groves said above that we sometimes assume that things work perfectly elsewhere. In my job I have visited and had dealings with most of the 92 clubs in the PL and EFL and believe me, we compare favourably with the majority. We are more highly regarded by many outsiders than by some of our own fans who perhaps don’t experience what other clubs are like.
Bear in mind, this happened on our Community Fun Day where the club prob pulled out all the bells and whistles to try and get the community involved. I bet if this "mystery shopper" turned up at Wigan's game on a Tuesday, in the middle of March, the scores will def be different!
Couple of my Derby County colleagues were really impressed by the away bar in the village last season. Better and cheaper beer. They loved the away end view and atmosphere too.
In fact it was the town centre they were highly unimpressed with from a drinking point of view.
Wycombe is a very poor town for pubs. It took me a while to find a place I liked, eventually settling upon the Rose & Crown which is decent. Not one I'd make a special effort to go back to as a visitor but a nice little local.

Not sure what inside the stadium means...I quite like it,
How on earth did we get 10/10 for ticketing?
Pity they did not come on a fireworks day. Post game would be dialed up to eleven!
I’ve always found the ticket website really easy to use.
Can move areas, buy tickets for other STHs in the family or choose a specific seat.
All things that required a phone call in the past.
Much better than some of our previous systems.
But if they added 'the game itself' we'd be in trouble.
Social media should have been given a 10. Walking with swagger should also have been included,
Really need average comparative scores from other clubs to make sense of this
Ticketing is ok on desktop. Mobile fairly shambolic.
Surprised travel and last mile gets 8

Not sure how we got as high as 6 for refreshments!
Just left. It's going Wycombe way but not stopping...

Was the mystery shopper you @glasshalffull?
Impossible, it would have been 10's all round!
Disappointing. I understood we had a xR (expected refreshments) of 8.
We go again next mystery shopper-style assessment
That is very bizarre...That was a text about train disaster last night and I did not even have the gasroom open. Now that IS a mystery.

balti pie and chips would have got a 10
That is interesting to hear. You would know more than most as to how people are treated 'behind the scenes' at grounds.

Derby must be REALLY bad if that's the case!

For reference this is from Northamptons report in May of this year. They scored 8.3/10, our score was not in fact 8 but was 7.8/10.
Northampton were 15th out of the 72 League clubs with 8.3. My guess is we are mid table out of the 72 with a score of 7.8.
