Think somewhere we've got the pride in winning without possession a bit overblown, All this sitting back and waiting for them to score does make chumps of the commentators going on about how happy we are to see us out of possession when we inevitably conceed.
The iFollow coverage today is appalling. Endless replays whilst the ball is in play, random shots of the managers / players. They only just caught the equalising goal.
From what I've managed to see of the game, whilst we're much improved from last week, Portsmouth have been the better team and deserved their leveller. Quite an entertaining match though.
I was thinking entirely the opposite - it's so nice to see a proper four-camera operation, first time this season? As for the drop-outs, I think there's been an issue in the past with loose connections with the Wycombe equipment, which I assume they take on the road.
As for the match, I applaud Max Stryjek's excellent first save, genuinely impressive. I don't want to sound snarky but I think that's the first time I've seen him make a save from a shot that was almost impossible not to end in a goal.
To revert to form a little more - I think he could've done much better with their actual goal, getting caught in no-man's land. As for the backpass, Taf had a right to assume Max would be more central rather than dawdling to the side.
Nice match so far, played on the ground by both teams in a very pleasing way.
Thanks Peter very kind, but it just one small part in a great community we have here. So a few quick thanks from me.
Thanks to @drcongo for hosting the site for another year (still as always refusing any monterey contributions )
@railwaysteve for running his attendance threads always enjoy that.
Although i don't participate in it myself, @DevC score predication always seems well received.
I can't @ everyone but without the regular core of posters/members of the gasroom this website would be very different, looking on some opposition forums, ghost town come to mind.
Lastly can't forget @bluntphil I think we are very lucky to have him, (I might have blue tinted glasses on, sorry Phil!) but i cant think of many media people that come onto fan forums and interact as much as Phil does.
I've not been too much of a fan of TJ supporting Vokes so far. A bit too deep, so not picking up on chest downs. Would work if we moved the ball through the middle better

Not sure how many have been under Blooms, but we've only conceded 10 set-piece goals this season - among the fewest in the league. Which surprises me!
Two things
What was Taf thinking with that back pass & where was he for their goal &
Who was Wing just telling to "Fuck Off"?
Not one of ours, I hope.
Been wanting to see it all season
Taff having a bad 5 minutes there. Slack marking. Hideous back pass. When he’s good he’s very good but when he switches off he’s a liability
For a moment when the referee came on the pitch with the ball I thought it was Freeman.
Can't remember the last time Hanlan played well.

You really do have an issue with Max, don’t you, @aloysius.
We certainly have an "eclectic" set of fans.
Some who post so negatively all season you genuinely wonder what they get out of following us.
I do, @micra, yes.

I’m just happy we’ll never have to see this awful kit again.
Wow what a ping from Wing
"In his locker"
Was just about to rant about Sky Sports not bothering to send anyone to our game, as no update...and then they showed the Wing goal!
Goal of the season they reckon.
Great hit but their goalie is rubbish
I saw the lad playing on loan for Maidenhead and was very impressed. Feel very sorry for the guy.
Do we think Tjay will get a new deal or was this his last game for Wycombe?
Will be staggered if he doesn't get an extension but still don't think he's a starter. Could Hanlan go?
Yup, have never seen him before, he's had a mare all round here today but hope he isn't too badly hurt.
I’m getting really pissed off by the overlapping replays.
This was their young goalie's senior debut, he did ok, but like Dickinson was well outside his comfort zone & level of experience.
Sorry to see him injured & hope he is ok - he looked very wobbly on his feet walking back to the dressing room.
Shite
What the fuck has happened to us at the back - we used ot be so solid & now too often are like a bloody sieve
Oh JJ.
Such bad defending all round for that
Yeah, you can only sit back and hit teams on the break if you can actually defend.
