What's parking like for Luton ?

Comments

  • Useless. Street parking usually miles away.

  • If you're prepared to walk about 10 minutes to the away end there's an Asda or Homebase or something off the high street where we parked last year. Cross the road, walk up the hill and that brings you to the end opposite the away end.

  • Not great, but if you get there early enough there may be some spaces on the streets immediately around the ground. Got one just two minutes walk from the ground for the evening match last season.

  • If unable to get close enough parking, how far is the walk from the Town Centre, if unfortunately we get to Luton @ 1:30pm ?

  • The Mall shopping centre is about 1.25 miles away. I think there are a couple of other car parks a bit closer to the ground too.

  • The weird "is it a bus is it a train" route has a stop for the ground meaning you could park at Luton station at one end or in Dunstable at the other. No idea what service it wound run on a Boxing Day match day or what the queues would be though (apart from composed mainly of dejected Hatters after we do them 2-1 with a stoppage time winner)

  • Aim for Long Croft Road. Free parking, ten min walk from Kenilworth Road

  • If the conservative club is still there park there. Join for the day. See pictures of Maggie and have a pint not too far from the ground

Thanks for that. We parked just there at around 1:30 and it got us away from the ground quickly afterwards too.

I'd sooner walk up and down Luton High Street with a picture of Donald Trump.
