Wheeler surely has a lot more to offer still, assuming of course he wants to play on. McCarthy just shocked us all by seemingly being happy to retire before 30!

I think it's more likely to spell the end for the likes of Wheeler and / or Hanlan, rather than necessarily meaning that Sadlier isn't back anytime soon.

if Tafazolli could stay fit he would be a Championship defender. So a great signing if you get enough games out of him!

I think if MB was still here I would probably agree that we would still want Morley subject to the fee being reasonably proportionate (which from what i've heard and seen may not actually be the case).

However, now MB has left I really can't see any prospect of us buying a player that I'm not sure the data analytics in charge actually want (the evidence of their eyes obviously not being sufficient. Maybe)

A quick snoop at a YouTube highlights video shows he’s a cracking player technically. Hopefully if he comes then he can find a happy home and we can get the best out of him.
