I sense Rice will play hardball with Luton and turn down any bid . Kone’s value will be greater at the end of the season with hopefully another 10 goals under his belt. There will then be more clubs in for him and a bidding war will raise his price.

If they have, what a payday that little club could get but not just yet. 🤞

I’m hoping Kone is all good and they’ve had the chat. If we go up, we good to go, if we stay in L1, you can go and take to some clubs. Will be interesting to see Kone’s body language tomorrow. He may well be unsettled after the latest bit, but by the look of him last Saturday, he looked part of the family.

Or we have a target placement already in our sights, and as above, Rice is just squeezing Luton for every last penny.
