Re: Other Football
Very tough for Shrewsbury with Burton and Crawley now catching a bit of form too. They need to hang in there through this absolutely brutal patch of fixtures.
I bet anything Shrewsbury will keep GA no matter what happens - they are going to places like Charlton and Stockport and only losing by the odd 1-0, and beating the likes of Birmingham and Wrexham at home.

It'll be the main man and deservedly so. Thought Scowen and Skura and Humphreys were also excellent.
Re: Other Football
Absolutely incredible defensive record from Burnley!
Chelsea conceded 15 from 38 for the PL record, which is 0.39 per game.
Burnley have conceded 9 from 29, which is 0.31 per game!
I have no idea what the league record is for any division.

I'll compose my thoughts later on but for now GET THE F*CK IN
Re: Man of the Match - Barnsley (H)
There is always a point - and @Konetheming has already voted for Leahy to prove not everyone sees things the same way!
Re: Match Day Thread: Barnsley
And that, ladies and gentlemen, is why we support Wycombe Wanderers. Every emotion in that game, but always felt we would win it.
Kone, obviously POTM. But Luke, Josh or Cam could easily take that award. For Dan had a great game and Bez was feisty as soon as he came on. Limited from Magnus, but a couple of nerve free short passes.
Dec has been brilliant defending, he’s just got to make decisions quicker on the ball.
And Sonny is turning into an absolute revelation. With Anders still to come into the team, no, losing Joe would be awful, but we would be OK and Dec and Sonny seem to be forming a nice partnership.
Re: Rumour Mill
Kone is simply not going to lose value unless he is injured. Bear in mind that besides promotion, he also knows the top scorer trophy is very much on - that is a lot to walk away from for a relegation battle.
He's under contract, keep him.
Re: Man of the Match - Barnsley (H)
Because Kone will win hands down I went for Humphreys, who could have had a hat-trick, was creating some brilliant chances for others and almost always was in the right place to play a creative ball forward.
Re: Match Day Thread: Barnsley
Can we please get Richard a better chant for the rest of the season?
