I just re-watched the highlights, and the winning goal showcases something from Kone that I don't think has been mentioned in this thread... movement.

When GMac takes it down the wing and is originally in a position to cross, Kone moves towards the front post, whilst Lubala is steaming to the back post. Then, as GMac takes that time to consider things, Kone immediately backpedals – finding a mass of space between the two centre-backs – which GMac, and Kone, exploit.

It was also quite fun to see Humphreys briefly consider who to celebrate with. He choose the creator.

In the cold light of day rewatching the second goal it just gets better and better. Following the successful press the way GMac slows down his initial burst to allow strikers time into the box is bettered only by the way King Richard checks his run to loose his marker, takes five quick steps backwards to meet the header and still manages to readjust to meet the cross which is slightly behind him, even then getting body position and neck timing spot on to create both power and direction. Possibly one of the greatest technical goals ever at AP. For better or worse one that every analyst in The Championship and beyond will be dissecting.
