Impressive record at Plymouth, harshly sacked at Stoke. Taken a team up from this division before.

I think if we appoint him, it'll make people get over the loss of Bloomfield easier. If we appoint some unknown to someone with a less than stellar record, there will still be a lot of trepidation about what's to come.

You certainly must have watched a different video interview to me. Jack seemed very professional and level headed and seemed keen to face the challenge on Saturday.
