Bournemouth and Brentford are the two most obvious examples of small family clubs that have ‘benefitted’ from a more professional ‘data driven’ regime. It’s nothing we couldn’t replicate. It would be interesting to know what their older fans think has been lost/gained in their movement through the divisions. From a personal point of view, I would love us to become an established Championship club, with the huge away followings and possibility of attracting a younger fan base.
