So, genuinely, why did Blooms go out of his way to mention his involvement in the Sonny Bradley transfer? Was it nothing more than a parting shot at the owners?

The only thing that really matters IMHO is when Blooms knew the Luton job was a real possibility? Before or after he told us he was fully committed to Wycombe post Portsmouth.

I’m concerned we’ve not got a new manager in now. Sam Grace is clearly a reluctant manager. He got a win last week but there are two huge games coming up in the next six days.

Not really upset about that. Even Brentford fans don't seem to know much about him. Wed be basically hoping he absorbed some Thomas Frank genius by osmosis!

I think there was a massive power struggle and he was trying to ensure he didn’t look weak.

I don’t know if he brought up Bradley involvement to make it look like he was involved in the transfer when he wasn’t. Or whether this was a one off transfer he was involved in having sent an SOS to Rice due to a defensive crisis (Hartridge suspended, Taylor gone, Tafazolli injured).

You’re absolutely correct, the people I see at games look blankly when I talk about Gasroom shenanigans.
