If a club is in a ‘Full Application’ at 22:30:00, they will receive a warning that states the system will open a ‘Quick Application’ at 22:45:00, where only certain fields need to be completed.
In those last 15 minutes of the Transfer Window, EFL systems allow Clubs to submit the necessary registration form without completing the full application process. Where they do this, the Clubs then have a further 15 minutes to then complete the full application process. This avoids Clubs missing the deadline in circumstances where they have agreed and signed all necessary documents with another Club and the player before 11pm, but still need time to complete the full application.

Has this one also been takeneth away, literally at the eleventh hour, or are the media team deliberately waiting until 10.59:59 to make the announcement?

What a batshit crazy window this has been.
Started with Blooms and Evatt playing poker over Morley, who ironically was the last man standing when both managers moved on.
Caleb went (and came back!)
We broke our transfer record twice in a week, after previously not touching it for years.
Taf went to Hong Kong and we became big time Charlie's who loan out players to teams in the same league (Hanlan, Hartridge, Butcher).
And that's all before any of our new signings (bar Bradley) actually start a game for us yet.
If this is an average transfer window as a "massive" club, I'm going to need to get myself on a stress-management programme.
