Re: New Manager Vote
If you genuinely can't say anything @Raisin_De_Barr - can you give your guess on when an appointment will be made?
Re: New Manager Vote
I wonder how many managers head coaches are currently available with a 48 win percentage.
Re: New Manager Vote
Whoever changed the narrative from we've lost Matty ' Mr. Wycombe' to Sam " One of Our One" Grace needs to head up the P.R. department better than folk who thought the yeah, Cheers Blooms thanks for kipping on the sofa and getting up at 04.45 for 20 years, Bye, bye now communique.
One Love.

Re: New Manager Vote
I don’t think we need to rush as it is more important we get the right person in to take us to the next level.
With Sam Grace, Sam Vokes et al more than capable of holding the fort and our squad being so tight and focussed, we seem fine to just make sure we go through the process thoroughly.
Re: Rumour Mill
You yourself judged what the chap had written as a "mistake", which he doesn't acknowledge himself.
So you're being just as judgey as claiming others are being.
Re: Wycombe Wanderers Women
FT Woodley United 1-3 Firsts (HT 0-2).
Axelle Courlander and Kayla Potter (2) the scorers, before Woodley got a consolation. That is a good result against a tough team, probably on a sticky pitch. Jordanne Hoesli-Atkins made her debut, joining from Reading where she was captain this season. Jordanne played for tier 4 side Ashford Town last season, so another good signing.
Re: New Manager Vote
The fact that this regime would have a specific target or targets in mind should Blooms leave (however you feel about the circumstances around his departure) should be something we all agree on. We may not agree on whether they were going to hook Blooms after the first bad run, but we never had the chance to find out.
Not giving a rising manager an extension and then being caught cold with no idea of who you want to take over the position when he leaves would be the height of incompetency. I don't think the new regime are incompetent, and I don't think anyone else does either. If we want to be the new Brentford or Brighton, we are surely thinking in the terms they do, and they always have targets in mind for every position, including manager.
As per some of @StrongestTeam's great post above, having a target does not mean they are still available, or that the club would not interview other prospects who have shaken loose in the meantime.
The reality is that Blooms made himself unsackable with his results up to his departure, so we have no idea how much that messed up any other plans too.
