Re: New Manager Vote
Leam Richardson is now the favourite at 3/1 as Andy Whing drops to 5th place.
What a load of bollocks.
Re: The definitive ex-player news thread
So to summarise he is slow and gets injured but apart from that would be a great signing?
Re: The definitive ex-player news thread
Speaking of Gape, he's officially left Eastleigh today, so must be signing for Shrews imminently.
Re: New Manager Vote
I don’t think this name has come up before, but I saw mention on a BBC thread that Gary O’Neill was at AP on Fri. Didn’t give this much credence at the time, but as other names have been linked with an appearance at AP last Friday, it may be possible that this was Interview Day and he was a genuine name. Something to chew over…
Re: The definitive ex-player news thread
Nope, Brandon is a vital member of the squad. He's got a bit part to play second half of the season
Re: Match Day Thread: Mansfield
We'd have to treat @flymofrank 's analysis separately if I want to qualify as youngest!
Re: New Manager Vote
He said 'I'm (cough) O'Neil' and the ownership got him confused with the M-Dog.
Re: New Manager Vote
That would be an almighty coup, but he does have experience of managing WWFC
Re: New Manager Vote
my biggest concern is that we go for a big name who has recently retired from the playing side. My concerns are mitigated somewhat by the feeling that what we do know of the still mysterious Mr L suggests that he and the team he has put in place are focused heavily on track record. Whoever comes in, please let it not be a well capped England footballer of the ‘golden generation’ .
Re: The definitive ex-player news thread
Taff to Shrewsbury is probably good business all round, especially if you don't need 90 minutes every week form him.
Can't see Vokes leaving though.
