Phew!

I don't like to think I am not up to the minute.

A bit worrying...no mention of the new signing either.

It's a hard spin for the club to do the big tribute to Matt when he left against our wishes/desires/preferences at a time that is undoubtedly going to have a negative impact on our hopes of promotion. As others have pointed out it was only a couple of years ago we did the big tribute as he left for Col U. Do we do a highlights reel of the time since he became manager or re-run the whole career.

I don't think he has tarnished his legacy with us one jot and he remains one of THE legends of our club in the professional era. Maybe a more subtle tribute would be good but it is clear both parties didn't feel the parting was ideal.

I wonder if that was meant to happen? I believe I got one for Morley & Taylor's recall announcements and for our signings but you would have thought this news was more important? I think I got 2 notifications to highlight GA leaving & Matt starting

Joe is a Cardiff boy and I don’t think he would want to be moving to Swansea even if it may be nearer his South Wales family. I think he will stay and sign a new deal when we get promoted and will still make the Wales squad. 👍👍
