If Blooms decides to accept a new job on better wages, with a much higher wage budget, a new 25,000 seater stadium in the offing and a larger supporter level, why would he be being "driven out"?

MB: Just wanted to know how leaving a club where you were worshipped and had a job for life to go to a Championship club where you were always three games away from the sack worked out for you.

The rumour of tension exists mainly on the gasroom.

Apparently he took the ball off someone else to take the pen. Not out of his depth, but completely out of confidence and form by the look of it.

More than a bit of wishful thinking here, but Blooms didn’t look like a guy who was on his way out after Friday’s win. And even with the rumored tension between him and the owners, I’d like to think the club still means enough to him not to leave us when we’ve got a shot at promotion.

Presumably he was the designated penalty taker? So hardly fair to say he's out of his depth in taking it. Sure he shanks it badly but did you see the misses from the Arsenal players yesterday? Wouldn't describe them as out of their depth.

Bloomfield would be accepting a job in a division above, with a far bigger fanbase, a new stadium on the way, (presumably) a nice bump to his pay packet, a better commute, a bigger budget, and a bigger challenge - and he clearly relishes a challenge. I'm not sure how much of this we can blame on the 'new regime'...

Can we put one of these trackers in Bloomfield's pants to see if he's heading towards Luton?
