Perhaps I have a different view of human nature than most. Personally, if another employer wanted my services on a vastly improved contract (with my current employer effectively receiving compensation of c £750k vis a trasfer fee) and it was a move nearer home and my contract ended in a few months, I'm not sure I would go above and beyond my basic contract requirements. Hopefully Low has a better attitude than me, but I did only ask the question.
