Re: Rumour Mill
Really hard deal to get done, palace want to future proof the transfer incase he develops how they think he might, so it's just how much we are are willing to agree to. Could see this being like a permanent loan, so a transfer but a buy back feels or a matching fee in place
Re: New Manager Rumour Mill
Still can't get my head around this anti Rice angle coming from a couple of suspects on here . Maybe they are just socialists who dislike what Rice represents or they just need a bogeyman to ease the pain of Bloomfields departure .
It is clear that the conspiracy theory that they had someone lined up looks to be just that .
It seem also very clear that Bloomfield and Rice didn;t seem eye to eye, that Bloomfiled wanted to be manager ,
and Rice wanted a head coach instead . This would certainly cause tension . Which was likely mutual
I don't see "various people from the club" saying "he never used his name " and "was passive agressive " as any sort of compelling evidence . They could very likely be saying this because they were in camp Bloonfield . It is just whispers in corridors for me and not evidence enough .
Often when a any realationship becomes terminal and someone leaves it is always the other persons fault.
Considering the bond the players must have had with Bloomfield , and I see it as inconceivable that they were not witness to the described abuse being dished out had it happened , they seem remarkebly sanguine and unaffected to me .
Ultimately it is Bloomfield who has left and Rice who is working very hard for this football club . We may never know what actually
happened but for me Rice is the man remaining and I am right behind him .
Re: Other Football
If Stansfield is £15m I wonder if we’re missing a trick with Kone
Re: New Manager Rumour Mill
Are you struggling to follow? This has nothing to do with your “views” or anyone’s opinions, It’s about your repeatedly posting the same thing in order to bully someone else. You’ve been warned about it before, and to be fair, you stopped doing it for a long time, but you’re doing it again and I’ve asked you to stop again.
I do love the righteous indignation of a bully getting called out for their behaviour.
Re: James Berry signs
Berry and Lowry have probably bunked off to London tonight to go to discotheques to find drugs and girls.
But that's ok as they are flair players.
Re: Enjoy an evening with Alan Smith at Adams Park…
Alan Smith’s legacy at Wycombe long due a rethink. The post-MON era was always going to be hard to navigate, he did as well as he could and attracted a high class of player to the club. The Mizuno deal was a game changer for Wanderers apparel. Kits from that era have lasted in top condition and Smith knew their quality from the high class golf and tennis circuits he frequented.
should he be a guest of honour at a game soon? Its not for me to say but time is a great healer
